The Notification template is assigned in the Peoplecode, for instance HR_TRANSACTION_SAVED_PERS_DATA for Address Change. But, the emails that are not from the AWE setup as the "Allow DB Update" Checked ON. Turning off the emails on AWE setup for any Transaction that have "Approval Process Exists" flag on have worked! "Notify on Success" and "Notify on Warning" - These are OFF as well. We are skipping the AWE, "Approval Process Exists" is OFF.

Thanks for your time.- Dee Hi Dee If you have not done any customizations, you can turn off the setup under Workflow Configurations Setup PageNavigation: Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Self Service > Workflow Configurations Click on Notification Setup, then probably you can disconnect the Business Process, Activity & Event setup: Forgot to mention, If you have checked the "Approval Process Exists" Checkbox, then you need to check the AWE setup and turn off the email notification from there.But for Administrator's notification, you can use the Workflow Configurations page.I have done modified notifications for these transactions several times in the past and also with latest PUM images. We are moving from PUM17 to PUM24. I looked at Doc ID 2287786.1 in Support and wanted to see how others are dealing with this.
